Josh Rosenstein (say it like Frankenstein) started drinking wine spritzers as a young line cook in his native New York City when a sous chef on the brunch line taught him how to take cooking wine, seltzer and fruit scraps and turn it into a delicious, fizzy concoction. Since creating the category, Josh has devoted himself to spreading the spritz life with HOXIE.
